Foo's Fabulous Frozen Custard was established in June of 1988. Initially the idea of Joe Bremser, whose nickname is Foo, and his wife Roseann, Foo's is the original custard shop in all of Kansas City. The store was purchased by Foo's sister in 1996. Since the name was ensconced in the community, she didn't dare change it!

We believe in the old-fashioned feel of a neighborhood ice cream store. The Brookside area provides the perfect backdrop, and we strive to provide the rest: great quality and great service at a fair price.
